Sunset Remodel

This full-home remodel was a top-to-bottom transformation. We upgraded every major system including plumbing, electrical, and heating, while refreshing all surfaces with new sheetrock, trim, paint, and flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms were modernized with updated fixtures and finishes. Structural improvements included foundation bracing, shear walls, and framing upgrades. We also added a new walk-out deck from the kitchen and managed permits, plans, and engineering.
